Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Move Prolific is a service of Prolific Freight Runners, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). We provide scheduled, prearranged transport of motor vehicles as cargo, wholly within the State of Texas. We are not a tow service. We do not provide roadside assistance, emergency response, on-demand pickup, or nonconsent towing, and nothing on this site is an offer to do so. All service is by prior appointment.
2. Quotes and booking
Online quotes are computed from zip-code areas and the vehicle profile you give us, are valid for 7 days, and are honored as fixed prices unless the vehicle or job conditions were materially misdescribed at booking. A booking becomes binding when you sign the Vehicle Transport Services Agreement electronically; that Agreement — not this page — governs each shipment. Some pickups outside our DFW home radius require personal confirmation of the window after booking.
3. Texas only
Both the pickup and delivery locations must be in Texas. We will decline and refund any booking that would require travel outside Texas.
4. Payment
Payment is due at delivery by card, cash, or Zelle unless we have agreed to invoice terms in writing (approved business accounts). Cancellation fees are set out in the Transport Agreement: free 24+ hours before your window; $50 inside 24 hours; $75 for a dry run after arrival.
5. Electronic transactions
You consent to transact with us electronically under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. You may request paper copies of any document at any time.
6. Acceptable use of this site
Don't submit false booking information, probe or disrupt the service, or book vehicles you are not authorized to move. We may cancel bookings made in violation of these terms.
7. Liability for the site
The website is provided as-is. Our liability for vehicle transport is defined in the signed Transport Agreement and backed by commercial auto and cargo insurance; our liability related to use of the website itself is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing law and venue
Texas law governs these terms. Exclusive venue is the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
