What we collect
When you get a quote or book a transport we collect the information you type in: name, email, phone, pickup and delivery addresses, and vehicle details (including VIN if you provide it). When you e-sign a transport agreement we also record your drawn signature, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser identifier — that audit trail is what makes your electronic signature legally reliable for both of us. During transport we take photos of your vehicle for the condition reports.
What we use it for
- Performing the transport you booked — scheduling, updates, delivery.
- The signed agreement, condition reports, and payment records we are required to keep.
- Responding to claims, disputes, or legal obligations.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (hosting, payment processing) and when the law requires it.
Retention
Signed agreements, condition-report photos, and payment records are kept for at least four years (Texas contract limitations period), then deleted on a rolling basis. Quote requests that never become bookings are purged within 12 months.
